Fun Facts:
- My parents gave me a cat for my 9th birthday. (He lived until I was 27!)
- That same summer, I slipped from the monkey bars and broke my arm.
- As a grown up, I crashed while riding a bike in France and broke the same arm.
- I won an Excellence in History award in 7th grade!
- I once went on the Waffle Diet with a friend. Whenever we got together, we ate waffles. Possibly my favorite diet.
- My rescue dog, Buddy, helps me stock our Little Free Library for young readers. That is, if you define help as “Watching is helping.”
- I enjoy bocce, hiking, women’s soccer (watching), and, like Ursula, jigsaw puzzles.
